The number of competitors in H21E, H20E and H18E classes is limited to 65 Finnish runners and in D21E, D20E and D18E classes to 55 Finnish runners. Foreign competitors to H/D21E classes will be qualified according to the World Ranking list. The Finnish Orienteering Federation and the organisers will select the foreign competitors to the other E-classes.

General information:

Entries and orders of runners in the relay teams:
Entries accepted until Wednesday April 21 primarily by using the FinnSpring entry service or by E-mail to rune.lundgren2@dnainternet.net or by post to
Rune Lundgrén, Utegårdintie 133, FIN-07110 HINTHAARA. Give also the EMIT numbers of the competitors. If the numbers are not given, a rental Emit card will automatically be arranged by the organisers for 3 €/day. The cards can be obtained from the Information Desk at the Competition Centre.

All entry fees must be paid upon registration to OK Orient bank account Aktia, 405576-233432 (SWIFT: HELS SI HH, IBAN: FI5440557620033432).

Late entries for both the individual competition and the relay with 50% increased fees can be accepted on Tuesday April 27 at 18.00-21.00, primarily by using the FinnSpring entry service or by E-mail to rune.lundgren2@dnainternet.net or by phone to Rune Lundgrén, +358-440-534024

The teams must hand in the order of their runners in the relay on Saturday at the Information Desk at the Competition Centre by 4 pm or at the FinnSpring entry service by 8 pm at the latest.

Punching system:
Emit punching both days in all classes.

Guidance:
Signs guiding to the Competition Centre at Gammelby from road 170 (the old Porvoo-Loviisa road) at Gammelby and from highway nr 6 (Koskenkylä-Kouvola) at Koskenkylä (see map), will be in place on Saturday May 1 at 7 am. Driving time app. 10 min.

Parking:
At the most 2 km walking distance from the Competition Centre. Weather conditions during spring might cause changes in the parking and parking fees. Changes will be notified on the FinnSpring web pages.

Start:
Ffirst start on Saturday at 12.00. Distance to the starts 1-3 max. 2,5 km along a road. Start 4 (RR, TR and H/D12) 300 m along a road. The first start on Sunday (relay) is at
10.00 o'clock at the Competition Centre.

Maps:
6- colours, 4/04, scale on Saturday E-classes 1:15 000, other classes 1:10 000, in relay all classes 1:10 000, equidistance 5 m. (Jussi Silvennoinen and Kimmo
Nykänen).

Accommodation:
Floor accommodation is available April 30 – May 2 in Pernaja Community Centre in Koskenkylä. No mattresses are provided. The fee is 10 €/person/night, including breakfast. Reservations together with competition entries primarily using the Internet form or by E-mail to nina.simosas@dnainternet.net at the latest on April 21. The places will be registrated in incoming order. Signs guiding to the Centre will be in place on Friday April 30 at 16.00.
