Ulpu is the result of a long planning. And she is worth it! We started to think about getting an IWS in the year 2002. But things didn't work out then and we decided to take Vilma. But we had already cought the infection, the IWS-bug :) In the spring 2005 I called Seidi and said that now it is time for that IWS-puppy. Seidi and I made plans to get a co-owned puppy from abroad. Finding her took a long time. There were lot of setbacks and I was disappointed many times. Finally (spring 2006) I got the news that our baby was in Washington USA!

Ulpu came to Finland in August 2006. She has charmed me and Johannes. Currently we are training obedience, hunting and agility with her. And we attend shows occasionally.

Ulpu is open, energetic, happy and smart. She learns really fast (sometimes even things I didn't think I was teatching her...). I've never owned or seen a dog that enjoys life so much. All the people in her life have fell deeply in love with her. And she loves everybody back :) She is just soooo sweet!
