CATTERY

My name is Pia Vuoltee and I breed Norwegian Forest Cats with my daughter Johanna. I live in Raisio about 10 kilometres from the center of Turku and Johanna live in Helsinki.

At the moment we have 12 cats. Ten Weggies, one Turkish Van and one Maine Coon. Some of the cats are owned by me, some by my daughter, six them are owned by both of us and maine coon is owned by me and Risto Elomaa. All our cats live with us as family members.

Pörkarvan cattery name was registered in FIFé already in year 1992. And our first litter was born later on that same year. The mother of our A-litter was IC Thoswild, black smoke and white novice. From this litter we kept a black silver blotched tabby male, PR&GIC Pörkarvan Ablicot. He retired from the catshows in February 2002 and is now enjoying his life as a happy pensioner.
